Barbados 2011
In July 2011 I accompanied a Cricket and Netball tour to Barbados. Whilst many of the photos that I took were of the children on the tour (and which have formed a splendid photographic reminder of the tour in the form of a blurb.com photo book), I tried at the same time to take some photos which captured the island, at least what I could see of it from the coach. The local children and adults watching the cricket and netball games were particularly friendly and open to being photographed, and some interesting scenes were recorded as we travelled around the island. These, together with some very general 'tour shots' form the basis of this photoset.
